Watch, which is in effect from Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday
evening.
* Timing...12 PM CDT through 8 PM CDT Tuesday.
* Wind...Southwest at 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph.
* Humidity...as low as 14 percent.
* Fuels...Dry.
* Impacts...Any fires that develop can spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is discouraged.
