Southeastern San Saba County in west central Texas...
* Until 200 AM CDT.
* At 1158 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 6 inches of rain have
fallen with heavy rainfall from storms expected to continue. Low
water crossings along County Road 440 south of Bend along Cherokee
Creek are flooded and impassable, with Cherokee Creek continuing
to climb. Residents along Cherokee Creek should be prepared for
rapidly rising flood waters.
