SEVERAL CLUSTERS OF STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WATERS

Description

At 433 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated showed several clusters of

strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30

knots and frequent lightning. This thunderstorms were located

over mainly areas of the offshore and nearshore Atlantic waters.

Instructions

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher

waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor

immediately until this storm passes.

Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico AND USVI from 10 NM to 19.5N; Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM; Coastal Waters from Cabo San Juan to the waters between Anegada Island and Virgin Gorda and North 10 NM; Coastal Waters east of Puerto Rico, around Vieques, and around and just north of Culebra and Saint John
